Chapeau en entonnoir et lobé, fibrilleux, brun-ochracé à jaune orangé ou jaune pâle (max 6cm).

Plis bien formés, fourchus, gris à gris-jaunâtre.

Pied jaune-ochracé, devenant vite creux.

Surtout sous conifères, mais parfois sous feuillus, sur sol humide, en grandes troupes.

Bon comestible.
